Saiyan Posts: 115 Group: Suspended Member #10,539 Joined: November 27, 2013 Gender Male	to those who followed GT, what are your highlights from the series? For me, it'd have to be the shadow dragon saga, of course super saiyan 4, and the story was actually very good in my opinion. anyone else?

Almost cried, l0l. The music & song for the end sounded really nostalgic, too & I like it (Song) a lot. Beautiful ending.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	The highlights of GT are in the ideas, not so much the execution. Pretty much everything up to the end of the Bebi arc was fairly solid. It wasn't perfect, but it was certainly entertaining. It started to tank after that. The ideas were still good after Bebi, but like I said the execution left much to be desired. Of course SSJ4 is probably the only thing it did extremely well. I honestly couldn't ask for a better ascension. SSJ God is cool and all, but SSJ4's idea and look are just awesome. I may not care for GT, but SSJ4 might be my favorite form. If not, it's SSJ2.

Posts: 1,173 Group: Member Member #10,454 Joined: November 6, 2013	i liked the idea behind omega shenron, i would have liked the fight if it was more like the Boo fight, where everyone has some sort of part in it and there is different key solutions (fusion, mystic, ssj 3, potara). But the idea was definitely great and was probably one of the best parts with GT anyway :P Edited by Hearts, Nov 29 2013, 07:00 PM.

Google Favourite Manga Dragon Ball; FLCL; Berserk; Durarara!!	Odd, I have little to no reaction to anything said above (except the Super Saiyan 4, that is pretty cool). The ending was pretty good, definitely something worthy of the Dragon Ball mythology, but I wouldn't call it tear jerking or anything. My highlight? Super Saiyan Goku punching Super 17 so hard, 17 goes flying across the circumference of Earth. That's just bad a*. If only it were in a better series. Edited by Yuli Ban**, Nov 30 2013, 12:32 AM.

Posts: 125 Group: Member Member #10,490 Joined: November 15, 2013	Super Android 17 being a badass. Baby was kinda cool. Omega Shenron was extremely badass but was defeated too soon. Would have liked to see a 20 Minutes battle between him and someone besides Goku pr Vegeta(Perhabs Pan could have turned SSJ againts him and try to fight him only to fail and gets beaten up so badly that it adds tp the tension between Goku and Omega) the ending was one of the few moments I was saddened by a Magna/Anime.

The only character that really had a solid backstory in GT was Android 17, and that was because he tied in so well with DB and DBZ. I guess something like the Shadow Dragons could be expected though, and it was a good plot twist, but it really came out of nowhere and could've been expanded upon. Meh, the Super 17 saga was the closest thing to Dragon Ball Z in the entire series, and it was the shortest. Go figure
